Our third-party reviews incorporate industry guidelines and best practices with customary pricing for residential or commercial water loss, fire/structural loss, bio-hazard clean-up, and mold remediation claims. National Water processes eliminate the guesswork by reviewing, evaluating, and verifying estimates and invoices. The evaluation results are provided in a detailed report that compares the invoiced versus National Water recommended amounts, with supporting information for any scope adjustments.
National Water can conduct a Recommended Scope Agreement discussion with the contractor/vendor to explain the basis of our recommendations. This discussion is performed by a IICRC certified analyst who is knowledgeable of the claim and will work with all parties involved to reach an agreed scope for the project.
National Water can also provide training and support for adjusters and their internal staff so that they will feel confident in having these discussions with contractors and vendors.
